I've never had a boyfriend, because my parents think I'm too young, and I think I am too. But now in high school (i'm a freshman) it's really hard not to want a boyfriend. Another thing is I don't know how to tell my mom that I like someone. Every time I do she always walks away or laughs. She won;t take me seriously. What should I say/do to make her listen. Fr-freshman? In highschool! It's good that you've bided your time, but now that it looks like you've found someone you like, go for it.
Also, here's an idea. Just don't TELL your mom. Tell a friend. Or you can always talk to someone online. ^^

i appologize now for this being long...but i just really need some advice!
ima 14 female freshman...
it starts off in 7th grade, me and this guy got 2 gether..we dated for a year. broke up in 8th grade..he messed with sum 7th graders. we were supposed 2 get back 2gther, but he ended up switchin schools. during the summer after 8th grade, we kept in touch..talked on the phone, chilled @ the movies and all that...and yes we were frends wit benefits!!...freshman year started we didnt talk so much, thats wen i met this guy..we dated 4 2 months, and juss a few weeks ago i broke up with him..once my ex boi found owt i was single again..we started talking...(and b4 i broke up wit my boi he told me he would b waiting 4 me!)...so it was true he was waitin 4 me!...we been talkin alot latly! im guessing we do go owt..its juss i dont know if i can trust hiM!..i know how he is..im just scared ima get hurt again!..bkuz he sorta did mess roun wit others back in 7th grade! Nnn, he sounds okay. I think it would be all right to go out with him again. I mean, so he flirted/went out/yeah with some other girls after you broke up. Is that supposed to be a bad thing? He was single after all. And now so are you, so go for it. ^_^

Okay this may sound really dumb or something but it really needs to be answerd cause i really need the help.My friend had wanted to kill herself and then her mom had put her into a center to get the help that she needs(good for her!!).But the problem is that she is on drugs and she drinks a lot and she is only 12 or 13 years old.Well i tries to kill myself a few weeks ago and now i'm fine but my question is that should i be her friend still and hang out with her even though that she wanted to do something that i tried?Cause my fear is that she will want me to think of doing that again?Plzz help.

That's just SICK.
The right thing for you to do might be ditch her, but it might not. In some cases, people like her are very temperamental, and feel very depressed and alone. If you ditch her, she might get extreme cases of these symptoms to the point where it drives her crazy. She might kill herself again, which would be bad, or she might even try to hurt (kill) you for leaving her.
So I'm really not sure what you should do here, but I hope I'm helping you think about the possibilities.

My best friend is pretty than me, more popular than me, smarter than me, funnier than me, just BETTER than me. And the thing is...I'm EXTREMELY jealous of her, to the point I get MAD at her when she gets more attention than me!! I mean I don't show it, but inside of me I wanna yell at her. I don't know whats the matter with me!! Today, my band teacher offered to my best friend that he would loan her the skill sax if I wanted to teach her how to play (the saxophone) so then she can join the band. I want her in band because it would be way FUNNER, but now I'm thinking I DONT want her in band. She'll be better than me, prettier than me, funner than me, and nobody will care about ME anymore! I'm so worried. But most of all I'm mad at MYSELF! I dont like getting mad and being jealous of leille but I can't help it!! Any tips on how to stop myself from getting jealous, then mad, at leille? Just accept her for who she is. Don't be mad at her, don't idolize her, just respect her. She sounds like a nice girl. Also, you need to accept yourself. Some people might like girls like her, some other ones might like girls like you. I mean come on, she likes you, right?
And you say you need to teach her the sax. That's something you're better at then her. ^_^

I'm going out w/ the greatest guy ever, but unfortunately he lives like, 45 mins. away. so anyway, there's this kid, matt, at school who's always kinda had this crush on me. well 2day in school, i hugged him like usual, cuz we're such good friends, and he gave me a kiss on the cheek. i just wanna know if this is ok, cuz i would never wanna cheat on my bf.

Does He Like Me?

Hi I am 13 years old and i am female... Here is my problem..So, for a while now, I've had my eye on this guy... He's more like my best friend... I've really really liked him since the middle of last year, I tried to move on but I couldn't, as much as I wanted to move on, I couldn't... I just liked him even more... A couple of weeks ago I told im how I felt about him, it was a bit dramatic, since I gave him this letter which was about 2 and a half pages long, mentioning everything i feel about him... He read it and he didnt mention the letter since I pretty much asked him not to mention it. You'd expect things to get peculiar between us, since we're best friends and i love him way more then that... But things have kind of gotten better... He's been "closer" to me, as in, he hugs me every minutes, puts his arm around me, follows me, tickles me, flirts with me, sits next to me, looks into my eyes, and everything... he even invites me to hang out with him and stuff....it seems like he likes me, but I dont know for sure how he really feels, I mean.. I dont have enoguh guts to walk up to him and be like "do u like me" it might put us in a peculiar stage. So, what are some signs that shows if he really feels the same way about me as I do about him??

You say you don't have guts, as you gamber on about this two and a half page letter? Sounds like you have guts to me, and sounds like he likes you too.
I bet the reason HE hasn't asked YOU out is because you asked him not to mention the letter, and he is probably expected you to ask him out instead. This is something I think you should do, as it seems you have slim chances of rejection. ^^

You need to just try to make friends with him, and maybe if you really get to know each other, you might be able to hit it off. Or just be friends, it's better then nothing. But if you think you don't have a chance with him, then he's probably not right for you. Just remember: BE YOURSELF AROUND HIM! O_O;

ok, well, i was babysitting the other night for these people and they were each going off to do their own thing. well, the mom left first, and the dad was supposedly leaving pretty quickly after, but instead he hung around for awhile. i was like, ok, um..why am i here if youre gonna sit around? well, i soon found out. he wasnt going anywhere. he put his kids in thier bedroom while i was cleaning something up, and he came up behind me and started grabbing me. he told me that if i yelled, hed kill me. well, i punched him where the sun dont shine and he let me go, but im sure that if i hadnt got away, he would have attacked me. but now i dont know what to do. he didnt rape me or anything, so should i really tell someone about it? all he did was grab me. they cant put you in jail for that, can they? im just wondering what i need to do about him....im supposed to go babysit again next week, and i cant exactly tell her why i dont wanna do it..so...HELP PLEASE (link)

Well, if he's moving far away....well....chances are you'll never see him again, and if you do, you won't be going out. That'll take care of your friends being jealous, and as for you're spoff leaving, that's something that'll have to heal on it's own. What I just said isn't really advice, just facts, but I hope I helped. ^^

omg..im really stressing right now..i was going thru my moms make up drawer, which i usually never go thru because i dont wear make up, and i foud a tiny package of WEED..i also found an already smoked joint...i dunno what to do i really dont wanna talk to her about it because..i dunno i would just rather not..how should i handle this personally?

Do you have a dad? If you do, talk to him about it and maybe he could talk to your mom. Or, you could talk to your mom just like she would talk to you if she found out you were smoking weed, and try to look rather scared if you need to. This probably wouldn't work if your mom was an alcholic, and if she is, forget this. I hope that, in some way, I managed to help you. ^_^

Today in 1st period the guy I liked asked me out to the Dance. In second period, my friend gave him two notes that I wrote and told her not to give to him, but she did anyway. The notes aren't bad, they're just a little stupid because she delivered them after the real thing got figured out, but when she handed them to him, she said "These are from MY NAME. I think she stalks you.". That made me SO mad and I'm not sure if he still wants to go out to the dance with me. And also what should I do about my friend who said something that was untrue and did something that I told her not to do? Can someone please help me because I would like to know what he would think from this remark and what I should do about my friend. I also would like to know if you think he still wants to take me out. (link)

Ok So Yesterday at school one of my Best friends asked me and our other best friend to meet her after school Were like ok she said she has something BIG to tell/Ask us... Were like ok y cant you tell us now... she's like she needs her boyfriend with her, we dont know what to think well school finally comes to an end. She's like ok I Haft to ask you something Im like ok spill she ask's me will you two be godmothers because she is expecting... She just found out yesterday morning... Now I dont think I can get any advice here but I just needed to get that off of my chest... But how do I let her know that Im here for her and the new arrival to our group? and help prepare her to tell her parents because her dad is seriously gonna kill her boyfriend.

Oh, your friend and her boyfriend are in SO much trouble. I recommend to your friend using reverse psychology before actually bringing up the subject...but she might want to hide her boyfriend away for a little bit....you know how dads are XD

ok see i want to move away from cali and to florida cuz my life here sucks, my mom doesnt care about me and she hurts me physicaly and emotionaly and i have been doing stuff i probly shouldnt have and if i go to florida to live with my aunt i feel this would be better and i would feel like comming sucide every minute or so. but i my mom says she would be happy to get rid of me but she thinks i am doing it cuz i want to get over a hard break up and she has this knew name for me which is coward and like i feel there is nothing for me here but my dog who i love so0o much. my dog has like been the only thing that has loved me ever since i got him. he is quite cute and small but he is the only reasion why i havent commited sucide or have gone to florida uhhh any ideas or advise anyone might want to share i am open to everything

Definitely call your aunt. If she's a nice lady she'll understand, I know my sister would have. Ask her if you could bring her dog, stating how much he means to you. I hope that helped. ^_^

Hehe, what do is stare at myself in the mirror, and then turn away for a little bit. Then turn back, then turn away again. It makes your eyes clear up much faster...something tells me that has nothing to do with your question, and if this is so I apologize ^^;;

Okay, here's the thing. I have a friend who used to really really like this guy. She was like obsessed! :o It annoyed me sometimes...well, onto the point. I like him now, and my friend likes somebody else. It's been quite a while since she liked him. Well, now I like him. But I'm afraid my friend might still like him, plus I'm not sure he likes me back, even though I think so. Please answer, and please be realistic. Don't be all like "Forget your friend, ask him out!!11"

Hmm...I'm not sure what you should do here. What I think you should do is casually bring up the guy you like to your friend and talk to her about him for a while. You should be able to tell if he likes him still, but if you really can't, just ask her. But first make her swear to keep the convo a secret, if you wish. If she doesn't, all is well.
Now onto finding out if HE likes YOU....^_~
