So, for a few months now.. every month after my period, I have VERY smelly discharge. I can't even wear jogging pants or comfy pants because it seeps through and everyone can smell it. Sometimes the smell even goes through my jeans. It can last anywhere from a few days to like 2 weeks. It drives me nuts! What could be causing this? And how can I stop it? (link)

Okay this is going to sound totally weird at the end, but it works. You shower everyday right? Well make sure you use soap when you wash there, some people just use water and it doesn't help. Also, (here comes something that might be weird) don't wear underwear when you sleep.. i know this sounds totally weird, but if you let yourself air out and breathe some there, it may actually help. 16/f

so last year we got into a fight and ever since that fight evrybody started hating on her and evrybody had my side except for some of her friends/cusins that are in the same school.
also she has a boyfriend but she aint allowed to have one and my parents do let me have a boyfriend .
i dont know what her problem is . and this is funny right hear the fight was in freshman year and now wen we became sophomore she started talking to me. and i have this real feeling that the reason she asteted talking to me is for people not to liek me because almost everybody in that school hates her .sorry if this is too long . she sounds like a total bitch. there is alot of immature ways to get back at her like sabatoging her reputation.. but i dont know if you'd do that. i think you should just stay away from her and not stoop down to her level. let everyone know that your more matture than her and shes to much of a baby to talk things out. i think she just has a lot of growning up to do. but if you do want to get even with her and make her pay i can help with that lol

well personally if you posted it as a joke then i think you should confront her and say it was a joke and it wasnt directed at her and maybe she should stay out of your business.. but on a more calming matter.. maybe you should just ask her why shes being like that when it wasnt directed at her. also i think maybe she might be jealous of something you have or something to make her go off like that?? i mean there are a lot of possibilities.. is there anything you know about this girl or does she go to your school.. if you go to school i mean.. well yeah.. if you can fill me in on somemore details that might help.. sorry..

Ok so in the beginning of this year i had class with some girl named chelsea. Me and her started talking. Threw out the month me and her were bestfriends. I knew i could always count on her and i would tell her something and she wouldnt saya nything. So about 2 months later i started dating this guy for 5 months. Chelsea liked my boyfriend lets call him S. so chelsea liked S alot of people did. So towards the end of the 4th month i noticed he was acting wierd. He was ignoring me not saying i love you back or anything. (not trying to be exagerated) So [S) and chelsea had dance class togehter but i didnt have that in my schedule. People kept on telling me he was flirting with her and she was flirting back they told me that he would always pick her to be his dance partner. I didnt really say anything because i didnt wanna argue with him and plus i was getting kinda tired of him.But,yet this jerk took advantage one day i didnt go to school because,i got sick and asked her out! HE EVEN KNEW SHE WAS MY BESTFRIEND. and the little bitch said yes! even thoe i was getting tired of him they both had no reason to do it behind my back he couldve told me somehting but no! so the next day i found out because she said that she was dating someone secretly and she wasnt gonna tell anyone and she always told ME so i knew right away it was shane and she confessed to me it was [S) i liked it that she confessed but.... even thoe i was getting tired of him i got really dissapointed but,i didnt really care at the same time because, i started liking his friend (J] that same day (J] asked me out at lunch time. I said yes but i still was chelseas frriend did i do the right thing?
i kinda felt like a slut saying yes the same day but i was starting to like (J] alot! and i knew (J] was going to treat me better because,he's liked me since the beginning of the year. And hes not a player like (S] everyone was so happy for us but idk if i did the right thing by still being chelsea's friend

i think you did a mature thing. and i also think that people might take it weird if you just stop being friends with her now when that happened a month ago.. people with think that you live in the past and that you dont let things go... so if you dont want to be friends with her than i think you should wait until she does something else to tick you off and then just be like dont every talk to me again =]]

I'm dating someone now in my group of friends who I've dated before. My ex and I broke up about a month ago (he broke up with me.. I tried to fix it but he refused). So the ex and I aren't fighting, but we don't exactly get along. He used to be my best friends, and for some reason it's just now getting to me. I really just want to be friends again without the fear of any left over feelings, whether they be romantic or hostile. For example, he keeps staring at my new boyfriend and I (they're friends, maybe he's just trying to figure out if we're dating or not? idk). I don't really miss dating him, just keep having dreams about it. That, and I used to be the one he talkd to about pretty much everything. Now if I see he has a pessimistic song lyric, I either think it's my fault (I know it's not, I'm just parnoid), or that I should be able to ask him what's wrong.
Is this odd of me? That this stuff is bothering me so much? I mean, we were in love at one point, but I was over him before we even broke up. Now it's getting to me. So yeah, is this normal, and will the feeling let up? It's bugging me and getting in the way of my current relationship, because I sometimes almost feel guilty dating someone new, though I know we'll be very happy together.

14/f. I walk fast on the treadmill 5-6 times a week for 45 minutes. then I do some arm and leg weights, and then I do trunk twists to get rid of my love handles. My legs are nice and toned and I'm happy with them, but my stomach is a disaster! I've been working out like this for a few weeks now and I can't get it to shrink! I want a flat stomach, but when I sit down you can seriously take 5 or 6 handfuls of my stomach fat. I don't know what to do. I do crunches on a fitness ball as well, but NOTHINGS WORKING! Im going to Florida in 6 weeks and I really just want to be skinny! I'm done being chubby and not fitting into clothes. i want a flat stomach and overall great body. but this stomach won't budge. I eat special k every day for breakfast, some fruit and a special k snack bar for lunch, and for dinner i have pasta or chicken or something with a salad. HELP (link)

i do alot of different workouts. and there are twelve different muscles in your stomach.. regular crunches and sit-ups work the top.. you say you use the fitness ball.. well i don't know what exact types of workouts you do on there but.. there are the regular crunches and stups.. but have you ever considered yoga or pilates? they deffinately work your core muscles.. if you have on demand on your tv then they have work out videos on there.. they help.. and alot of other workouts you can just google for your abs. and you can rent workout videos for that specific area too.

Its been really weird for me. Last year in 8th grade I was always upset because of different things going on. I did cut myself like 3 different times during that year. My friends were always there for me and everything. I have done way better a little after the beginning of 9th grade. I feel horrible now. I feel so upset and I'm always crying at night. But the thing is that I am only crying at night. I don't ever feel so upset during the daytime. Is something wrong with me? I feel like I'm so horrible at everything I do. Mostly because of school, I'm not doing good in two of the subjects and I'm just not getting it and I just break down. I mean besides that though, everything is so great but I don't feel any better. I have a good family, we fight but not as much as before, parents still together but almost got divorced a few months ago, the greatest friends in the world, and my boyfriend who treats me like I'm the best thing in the world. How come I'm not happy with this? At night I try to talk to my friends on the phone because then I start feeling better. They can't talk at night alot though because of how late it gets. I don't know why but I'm only happy during the daytime or with my friends. I feel so upset during one of my classes at school though, only because its not my best class. I don't think I'm really ugly except at times when I'm thinking, "why would my boyfriend like me, I'm not even that pretty" and then I start comparing to other girls. Last year I was worse I guess, I would be upset all day and with my friends but right now I don't know whats really going on. I'm only 14 and I don't get it. i was like that too.. so don't think your crazy because your not.
in the day.. there is stuff to keep you busy and you don't really think about all the stuff thats going on.. at night though its when you can reflect back on all the stuff thats happened and happening.. it all just unloads on you..
i know how it feels..
and as for the classes if you have older siblings parents and even teachers (even though teachers don't really help when they think it does) can help you out and explain it a little better... you can even call a cousin or aunt or something.. maybe tutoring?
and don't be so hard on yourself okay? it doesn't help much..
think about all the good things in your life.. i know its hard.. but deal with the bad stuff one at a time.. no matter how long it takes.. time heals everything. trust me. i know asking you to trust me is really hard.. well because you don't know me. but yeah. try =]
and even if you don't think your pretty.. well your boyfriend may be able to find a prettier girl.. but maybe he doesn't want to. maybe he just likes you for you.

my boyfriend and i have been fighting alot in the last month. its always about him not being in high school anymore and that he thinks that i should be with someone in high school. but i dont want to be with anyone but him. i love him and i cant imagine myself with anyone else. well just the other day he was being really mean all day. he had to go to work so i thought he would be fine when he got off (11:30. i even asked my dad if i could stay out later (my curfew is midnight but he said 1).
he picked me up after work and he was still being mean and everything. so when 1 rolled around he basically ran out to his car and right when i got in he pulled out and drove to my house. well we talked and i told him that i didnt know what his deal was and that i wasnt going to put up with it and that i wasnt going over there tomorrow. so he told me that i was being childish and maybe we shouldnt be together. i told him that he had been saying that alot lately and he said that hes saying it alot cuz he doesnt feel a spark anymore. so we just fought all night and finally he was like im going to bed.
ive never had anyone like him. he really is a great guy but for some reason hes acting like this and he never has before. everytime we fight i feel like i come closer to losing him and i dont want that. ive never been good with guys to begin with and he makes me feel special and i really do love him with all my heart. i just feel like i screwed up somewhere and i cant fix it. ive never been able to please anyone or do anything right. and this time ive finally found someone that i thought i could please and i cant even do that.

so he said that he thinks you should be with someone in highschool. right? well tell him this.. maybe you can find someone in high school. maybe you can find someone better. maybe you can find someone who cares more or feels a bigger spark. but so what? so what if he doesn't see himself as the perfect guy for you. you can do better but its the fact that maybe you don't want to find a better guy. maybe you only want him. maybe he doesn't feel a spark anymore because he won't let there be one.

I have a 17-year old daughter who is currently a senior in high school. All her life, she has never had a boyfriend or even a friend that is a boy. This specifically is not why I am writing, because she is free to be friends with whom she wants. However, she has confided in me that she is afraid of men and boys and has been her whole life. I am not sure if it is getting worse as she gets older or is just manifesting itself in different ways. I was never like this so I am not sure what would be considered 'normal' feelings for her to have. I have talked to a few close friends about this and they say that I should look into her past to see if anyone could have hurt her in any way. I can think of nothing, except for things that I don't think would still have much of an effect on her now, although maybe you think different (if so, please tell me). What I am thinking of happened during preschool. There was a group of boys that used to chase her and scare her all the time at recess. She was very afraid and for this reason she spent time hiding from boys and staying physically very close to her female friends. When she got older she always feared them. Although she is a shy person, it isn't a fear of rejection. She is afraid that they will do something to her to harm her. She can't even watch the news because of all the rapes and things of that nature.
I just don't know what to do or how to make it better. I would just like to find out what happened to make her this way and how to help her get past her fears. I appreciate any input you can provide. (link)

well i honestly don't know what could make her afraid of guys.. but maybe its not something that happened to her.. maybe its something that happened to someone close to her? like friends, family etc.
but what i can suggest is well not a blind date per say.. but maybe one of your friends has a son.. someone who is gentle and can befriend her. you know? i have a really good friend who is a guy and i've known him for two years.. i used to be kinda afraid of him.. because i didn't really know much about him. but he has become my closest friend. almost a big brother. he is a true gentleman. polite. and sentimental. maybe your daughter needs to find a guy who isn't tough or who revolves around a cliche. like jocks, goths, and others. just like what i call a "neutral party" if you get what i mean.. someone who is different from others. and is like a little of everyone. i think to help your daughter with this.. you should find someone calm.. have him around a little at a time.. then periodically.. as a friend. a true friend. don't crowd alot of randomn guys around at once.. ease it onto her.

Im 16, and i can honestly say that i dont know much about myself, what i really like, what i dislike what i want to be and who i am. I think its mostly because i act different, maybe even fake around each person i talk to all day long and by the time i get home, and im finally alone, i dont know what personality is mine. or really anything about myself at all. I dont want to be like this, but i am. I act certain, different ways around people to get them to like me. I know my friends should really like me for my personality, but how can i show my personality when i dont know what it is and when i dont have the confidence to be me? 16f Theres this guy 17 that from the beginning i knew he was interested in me. we kind of got set up to meet eachother or get to know eachother and just based on looks i knew i would wind up liking him. Recently he told me he liked me, i didnt say i liked him back, because im still on the fence about it. Hes asked me out on dates and i didnt say no but not really a yes either so that hasnt happened yet. He is not someone i would want to go out with but it is almost like i cant help but think about us. were both pretty immature when it comes to eachother and we like torture eachother lol. My best friend doesnt like him and has been trying to do anything to get dirt on him. People have told me not to get involved with him. i can understand sometimes because supposedly he just likes to get with girls who will have sex and he does drugs.
