Well, I agree with the Advicenator below me. You don't have to look for a guy at all times. And when you're not looking for one, that's when he'll come along. I'm gonna have to say that's how I found my boyfriend. Many girls are constantly looking for the "perfect guy", but when they look for him, he never comes. Just be yourself, enjoy life, and have fun with some of your girlfriends. A guy doesn't make your life complete...he just makes it all the more completed...well, to me anyway. Your life is 100% now, don't worry about a guy. Because when your not worrying and hoping for a boyfriend, that's when he'll come around :]

Hope I helped!

The best way to look for a guy is to NOT look for one.
That sounds like it doesn't make sense but it does.
Don't TRY so hard to find one. They'll come to you. Believe me.
Go out and do something with your friends, something you enjoy doing.
Participate in a club, organization, etc. That's a great to meet a guy. And they'll most likely have the same interests as you, in participating in the same thing as you.
Remember not to try too hard and as cliche as it sounds, just be yourself!
:D

Feel free to ask any further questions.

What are your hobbies? Try looking for clubs for your preferred hobbies. There are clubs for just about anything these days. Those places are good for meeting new friends in general. Depending on your hobbies, there may or may not be many guys your age, but it's worth a try.

Also, more importantly, don't place too much significance on Valentine's Day. It's just another day of the year. Keep yourself busy doing things that you like if you have the time, or working on things that need to be done if you're busy.

go out to public places.. your looking for a guy right? well let it show but not overly show.. like if a guy you like is looking at you then smile.. show that you noticed.
don't be afraid to show your true colors.
also go hang with friends.. go to a party. ya know? have fun. and even sometimes..its okay for a girl to approach a guy.
