ok thats about 1 pound in every 3 days.
ok, step one, eat healthier food, less sweet stuff.
why sit when you can stand? standing is a passive way of doing more exercise and burning some calories.
Try walking home from school, or trying running, at least 20 mins a day, three times a week, you will really lose weight like that.
ANd drink plenty of water, less sodas, and drink a glass of water before you eat your meal.
Your weight will just go away like that, maybe even in two weeks.
Ps. Yoga will never let you lose weight, it is too slight, eat just helps with flexibility (which is good).

ok i REALLY want to be a vegitarian but i don't think i can give up meat completely. it's really hard. what are some ways to mabey help me give it up? and what foods can you eat when you're vegitarian besides veggies and fruits??

1) once you take the SATs, what happens to the score? and if you take it more than once? What do the colleges actually see?
2) can you cancel your scores or are they permanent?
3) what is this curve or w/e that i hear about? that it is better to take it in certain months than others...?

I kinda want to know the answers for the first two questions also.
For the third, the curve is like this.
600/ 800 would give you 75% right?
But they also give you a percetile, or how good you did compared to other people. Lets say you did better than 80% of the people with 600/800, see where I am coming from?

sleep more, and eat when you wake up, not directly before you sleep.
Or you can do like those other guys say and workout, but that will still require you to eat more food, especially a lot of protien.

theres this guy, andrew. i like him a lot. I kind of knew him last year, but i know him a lot better this year. he's the sweetest thing ever.
he always asks me about myself. but recently, he's been acting weird. he'll ask me something and seem genuinely interested, but as soon as i respond, it seems like he loses interest completely. why would he do that?
oh and ps, i saw that in your about me you wrote a lot about your country. I just wanted you to know that i went there last year, and I thought it was absolutely beautiful. I would love to live there, and you're so lucky to. (link)

Firstly, every one is different, so it is kinda difficult to pin down the exact reason he is doing it. But there can be some causes to this kind of behaviour.
1) he has grown bored with life. He is tired of just talking, and wants to go out there and do do something. So he starts up a conversation with the intention of getting some excitement, but then he just loses that sense for a while.
2) he might like you, I dunno but i found this happening to myself. When i would go out and talk to the girl that I like, I just couldn't pay attention to her. I felt like I knew what she was going to say, so I didn't put in too much effort into actually hearing what she had to say. (Luckily for me, all my guesses as to what she would say matched, so no problems.)
3) It might just be the opposite scenario. He is looking up this other girl right? or was thinking about another one, and then looked at you and you just don't seem good enough. He knows he likes you so he asks you this cool question, but as soon as you start talking he feels like, "dude, this girl is cool, but she lacks something and I do not even know why I am talking to her."
4) or in a scenario related to #3 he knows you and you two are good friends, and he just kind find anything wrong with you, and it starts to bug him. You are kinda perfect in a sense, but that "emotion" for you is not there. So he is doing the cool friend thing and talking to you, but he tunes out because he just can't believe that you are so cool. He is unsure of what is out there in the world, so he feels reluctant to be your friend.
I am not sure, it depends on the type of guy.
You say he is the sweetest thing so I will make an assumption that he is some kind of gentleman. (if he wasn't there would be a whole next pile of reasons). But hey, everyone is different, it could even be something far out like he had a dream that you were the devil.

About Belize, Yeah it is cool, but our rainy season is just finishing. We had rain everyday from October 25th until January 2nd this year. Now it has stopped raining so I can finally go about the place again.

16/F(me!)-I have a close friend (16/M)who I have strong feelings for.We spend lots of time together and text alot and recently I had no choice but to tell him about the way I felt (he'd heard from one of my so called 'friends'). He told me he just wanted me as a friend.
But then he comes to my house at bizzare hours and says he wants to talk! And if I mention that I want to get out of the house he'll immediately say "me too, meet up with me".
But at school he largely ignores me. And he flirts with just about every girl he sees- constantly!
Also, when we were applying for colleges he convinced me to apply to the same college as him- he said he didn't want to be without me. I got in but now he doesn't mention it and is considering accepting a place at a different college.
What is going on? Does he like me, does he not? Is he using me as some kind of back-up plan? I'm so sick of hankering after him. Sometimes I feel like I just want him out of my life. Then, other times, I think he likes me to and we could have a future together.
I'd just like your opinions on his behaviour please, every observation or piece of advice is welcome!

You know why?
Because he himself is unsure of his feelings for you.
In his mind, there must be some prettier cooler girl out there.
But at the same time, he cannot deny how cool you are and how fun you are to be around, and how compatible you two are together. But despite your coolness and everything, he does not have that sort of emotion for you, because he kinda knows that you are as perfect as things can get for him, and is afraid that "hey, i fell in love early so now wild parties with a lot of girls in my life".
So There is a part of him that likes you, but it isn't sufficient. This is because he feels there is something more to life "parties!".
That is why he goes around to other girls, they are prettier and might offer that exciting future. but somehow, they are not as friendly as you are. (so that bugs him)
So now he is stuck, and he probably knows he is stuck, but can't help it.
I am sorry for you, and I hope you understand that he is just kinda in limbo, and hopefully he figures out what's up soon enough.

ok i know this is going to sound very weird, but i am in love with my english teacher. I can't help it, it's not just a silly crush that can go away. But i'm not an idiot, obviously i have a

I think it is wrong on many levels.
1 it is a teacher
2 it is a chic teacher.
I reccomend you go to your mom and dad and tell them what you think about this teacher. If you don't want to go to mom and dad, ask yourself why.
If you know you are really in love with your teacher, you won't give a damn about what your parents think. And when your finish, tell your best friend your feelings too.
I think you should sit down, and just pretend like nothing ever happened.

Live, No Make up. No Lipstick, no eyeliner or anything, maybe some face cream or whatever.
No Extra hair stuff, Natural hair, let it hang. And cut it a bit.
And nothing to fancy for clothes, a jeans, tennis shoes, a blouse, and maybe a chain (not metal, like a string.)

My best friend (a guy, 16) I'm 16/f told me today that he USED to like me alot alot and was going to ask me out even, but then decided he just wanted to be friends. Yeah it is illegal, but turning the cops on him may just ruin his life.
Next time he mentions it, just stick him in his jaw, and tell him he better stop his garbage for his own safety or else!
If he does it again, then tell it to the school counsellor, they can do things ordinary citizens can't. You report your friend, its jail time, counsellor reports him, he gets to some therapy and rehab and stuff.
