I'm 17/f going into senior year, and really, really stressed, embarassed, sad, disappointed, intimidated, and scared to death. This summer I took on this job that is only 3 days a week but enough to make me go crazy. So, my boss is this crazy, compulsive foreign woman (not that that matters, just giving you a picture). I am absolutely scared to death of her. The jobis at an office and it involves a lot of paperwork. If you make one minor mistake, she'll scream at you, and I mean really scream. Sometimes, I tend to be a very nervous person. I get really jumpy and I'm not very good at working when I'm nervous or under pressure. Things also get to me really easily and I get upset. Lately, I've been very, VERY careful at work to not make even the most minute mistake. The past few times at work, though, she's screamed at me. She's done it in front of my other co-workers who are also around my age. They don't get yelled at because they've been working for a while and are used to the job. And I've really, really been trying. Omg it's soooo soooo embarassing. When I can sense she's about to erupt, I get this terrified hot feeling inside my gut. When she's done yelling at me, I wanna crawl into a ball and die. I always feel like the stupidest person in the world when I'm there and I know the co-workers think I am too. I feel like I'm "that person" who always gets yelled at and I don't want to be. It lowers my self-esteem tenfold. And then afterwards, when I'm sitting at home trying to enjoy my summer, I start thinking about it and it depresses me. Thinking about the place and that woman just scares me to death sometimes. Imagine having extreme embrassment, disappointment, low-self esteem, and fear all rolled into one. I cannot quit because my parents are making me work this summer. I'm trying to find another job but I've been applying to a lot of places and jobs are really hard to get now, i don't think I'll find anything. And plus, I don't wanna just give up. And if you're thinking I should talk to the woman about how I feel, it's out of the question. I'd get fired, she has no sensitivity whatsoever and I would be too scared anyway. Should I be so upset by this? Do you think I'm just overreacting? This is another story but lately, things I would normally just be nervous or anxious about are almost terrifying me. This job is making it worse. I used to be really excited about growing up and going into the real world but now I'm getting pretty scared. I was watching my baby videos the other day and just burst into tears at the fact that I had such a loving, carefree life back then and now it's just the opposite and I can never go back to that again. But, anyway sorry to go kind of off topic. Just please tell me something, anything to make me cheer up. I need it. Thank you

I don't think you are overreacting. If this was me I would give two weeks notice and quit. You don't need to be this stressed out when you are still in high school. Don't panic about being a senior and going out into the real world, everyone feels like this during their senior year. I know I felt the same way when I was a senior.
In fact if you were older she probably would not treat you this way.Are all the empolyees high school kids or are some adults? If there are adults does she treat them like that too? Out in the "real world" as you put it bosses treat you with the respect you deserve so don't panic about getting a job in the future, just because you had a bad experience.

If you have a CD-RW (rewritable) than you can just put the cd into the computer and delete the items from the folder. But if you just have a CD-R you cannot add or delete items.

I'm 15 and need personal references for job applications. Everyone tells me to use my teachers, but I'm already out of school and I was never that close to any of my teachers (they all liked me, but I just wasn't close to them). I haven't done any volunteer work or anything like that, and I don't play sports, so no coaches. I don't know any of my neighbors very well, except for the ones who are my friends' families. I have no idea who I could put down. Help?

ok so i have been friends and a little more than friends with this girl. for like 7 to 8 years. we have talked about dating but for some odd reason things always get in the way... right now i am in college and i see her on the weekends. which is great but its not enough time to spend with her and build a solid boyfriend / girlfriend relationship. i was offered a management position at a very well known company but the problem is that she doesn't want me to take it because then we wont see each other at all!!! a part of me wants to take the job but then the other part of me is saying that she means way too much to me to not see her... tell me what would you do if you were in my situation???
I would take the job since you don't see much of each other now, are not in a relationship. It is still likely that you will remain friends since you have been for 7 years. And who knows, down the road you could end up dating. But the other side of this would be you not taking the job and missing out on this opportunity only to have things not work out with you and her.

Well, the guy I really care for(Joey) dated my friend(Tay), she wasn't right for him at all. At the beginning he dated me than,he started liking my friend and they both backstabbed me and went out. I warned him about my friend she liked other guys when they went out, and she asked someone out WHILE dating Joey. The other day she broke up with him, because she likes someone else and she asked him out. Joey was devastated and was really sorry for not believing me.Now, everything I predicted that would happen, HAPPENED It make me feel awful. Well, Joey asked me to go to the movies with him yesterday. (I don't know as a friend or as a date)I couldn't come because my mom would like to come , and she was working. So, my mom said maybe this weekend and joey agreed to that. He also told me that my family should come over to his house for a cookout sometime, so our family can meet.Well, I really like him. He might see you as a close friend since you dated and seemed to remain friends while he was dating other girls. On top of that you were there when he had to break up with your friend. But on the other hand he might realize that he likes you and is sorry he dated your friend. I think you should take your time and not rush things. You need to kind of gauge how he feels about you, before you try to jump into a relationship.

How can you tell when you're full? I am not overweight, but I tend to over-eat often. I'm sure my body gives me signals when I am full that I am just overlooking. How can I know when to stop eating?
Most of the time when you think you are hungry you are actually thirsty, so try to drink a full glass of water before you reach for a snack. Also it can take almost 20 minutes for you body to realize it is full, so eating slower and chewing each bite longer will help you from over eating.

Are energy drinks really bad for you? What are the health risks, if so?
There are worse things out there, but they aren't really that great for you either. Most energy drinks have lots of empty calories, tons of sugar, and a lot of caffeine. Too much caffeine can cause you to become dizzy, have heart palpitations, and you can even become "addicted" to it.

Usually, because guys often feel like they are pressured to pick things they think you would like. So when you pick which movie to go see or what restaurant to eat at it takes off some of the pressure. My boyfriend loves to make plans, he'd rather pick what we do, mainly because I'm always like "I don't know" or "whatever you want" But I know that he sometimes would like me to decide, at least every once in awhile.

Do you aways know when the condom breaks? Me and my boyfriend do it like once every weekend and he pulls out (with the condom on) and cums outside me into the condom, just incase it broke i dont want his cum in me. we check the condom everytime after and it hasnt broken. You can pretty much tell when a condom breaks, the guy can usually feel the difference right away and if not it becomes very obvious when he pulls out, because it looks like it is pretty much ripped. I would recommend getting on another form of birth control, like the pill because they tend to be more reliable if you take them correctly, than just using condoms alone. But if he is wearing a condom and pulling out I would say you are pretty much okay.

I'm a guy with a playboy bunny tattoo on my arm. I was stupid and got it on a whim and wish I had never done it now. I'm not a player, and was never into playboy mag. Removal is not an option ($$$).
Anyway, when I meet somebody and we go on our first, 2nd or 3rd date, at some point I need to reveal my tattoo, since she'll see it a somepoint and I'd rather not surprise her.

I think making a joke about it would be the best way to respond to any reaction about it. Tell her you lost a bet or something, but I looked at the picture and I don't really think its that bad at all, plus you look like you have pretty nice arms from that picture. I'd don't think a playboy tattoo would scare most girls away unless they are really shallow. Next time you are out just pretend it's not even there unless they ask about it. Just be confident and have a conversation, so their impression is of you as a person not just your tattoo

I got a job offer today for a contract position through a staffing agency that starts on Wednesday or Monday. I'm currently working for a company that is closing in February. I was told that the position Monday may not be available if they find enough people to start Wednesday, but if I start Wednesday, I am giving my company a days notice. I don't feel right giving them that short of notice, but I don't want to lose the job. What should I do?
I usually say that you should never burn bridges, but I think you should take this new job, you said your current company is closing, so I'd take the offer while it stands. You probably won't be able to use them as a reference, but I still think it is worth it.

It could just be because you are getting older, discharge is a way for your body to "Clean out" your vagina. Think of it as self cleaning. You may need to be concerned if the discharge is thick, lumpy (like cottage cheese) or foul smelling because you could have an infection. It is normal to get irregular periods for about the first year or so after you get your period. If it continues after that you should speak with your doctor.

Like everyone else said it depends on the girl. Some girls take a little time to get "warmed up" if you know what I mean, so some like to have oral performed first. As for tips, you kind of just have to figure out what she likes. But make sure you aren't applying too much pressure, because sometimes that ends up uncomfortable instead of pleasurable.
