How can you tell when you're full? I am not overweight, but I tend to over-eat often. I'm sure my body gives me signals when I am full that I am just overlooking. How can I know when to stop eating?
lifescomplicated answered Tuesday June 9 2009, 12:52 pm: Your body must is accustomed to eating a lot because it is healthy. your not obese because you don't over eat unhealthy things. You will probably eat more because you must have high metabolism so you shouldn't worry. [ lifescomplicated's advice column | Ask lifescomplicated A Question ]

Im not overweight at all in fact im quite slim but I never ever seem to feel full and I just keep eating?! I think it has something to do with metabilism,we have a fast one which burns off our food quickly thus making us feel hungry again soon after we have eaten.
thats what I have been told anyway,I guess its okay as long as your eating the right foods.
what I do sometimes to prevent myself is I think to myself okay am I REALLY hungry or am I just eating out of boredem or for the sake of it?
I think back to what Ive eaten during the day and I just tell myself okay no Ive had enough.
Sorry I cant be more help!
If this continues maybe you should go see your doctor if your worried =]
