My espanol skills ended a while ago. It's been ages since I've taken a Spanish language course. I know enough to ask where the bathroom, my food, drinks, and the phone are, and I know some basic conversation words. As of right now, my espanol is decent enough to get me what I need.

I used the future tense "yo" (I) form of the verb "venir" which is "to come".
So my sentence was:
I will come to California soon.
Pero, iré a Tennessee la próxima semana.
But, I am going to Tennessee next week.
