Free text messaging?

Is there any such thing as free text messaging? I keep seeing ads for it but it always seems to be a scam. Do you know of anyway to sens texts without having to pay?

There is such thing as free texting. Sorry it took me so long too reply, haven't been on here in forever! But anyways, if you have a smart phone or any type of device, there's always apps you can use to text for free. Some apps I used in the past are, pinger, text free, etc. Usually if you just search up "texting apps" in your play store, apple store, whatever your using, it'll come up. Hope I helped!

Usually on some phone contracts they offer free texts, so many minutes and data for the internet.

There are many apps for free texting e.g whatsapp or viber. But theres also unlimited texting which means you can send as many texts as you want for free :) (thats what i have on my phone)

The only ways that I know of are with a smartphone or tablet. TextFree is one free texting app I use often and I recommend it.

If you have a smartphone, there are plenty of free texting apps.

Just check the Google Play store (for Android) or the App Store (for an iPhone).
