well first i'm 23 and he's only 20. i walked away from my ex because he was being extremely needy and i just needed space at the time being that i had a full time job and going to school full time, i was just exhausted and he didn't really help. anyway, when i left he pretty much said that i treated him like crap the whole time (which is pretty true) and he was through. so i just said "ok, sorry you feel that way bye!" and left it at that. well i'm not a fan of social media but my friend said that i should get on twitter and see this page he made that deals with thoughts/quotes/advice on chivalry and such. well i did and it broke my heart because everything he post is about me. even on my birthday when we weren't talking he said happy birthday. but all the quotes are talking about how much he misses me yet he has me completely blocked. i tried calling through *67 but he answered and hung up and won't answer again. i really regret the way i treated him but he won't give me the chance to apologize and make it work, what do i do? :/ i'm in college so i live in a different state right now so i can't just show up and be like heyyyy. I think that before you message him you need to think through exactly what you are going to say to him. And he probably wont unbloc you. If there is something that you really want to say to him i think that you could make a second account and tell him that it is you and then say what you want to say. Good luck. I think that it is your own decision :)

There are many apps for free texting e.g whatsapp or viber. But theres also unlimited texting which means you can send as many texts as you want for free :) (thats what i have on my phone)

First i want to say that i dont believe that people should think of themselves as fat or anything like that eople should be happy with themselves just the way they are and they should learn to be confident in their own body. I think that what worked for me is changing my diet to try and be healthy really helped me. I personally dont believe in diets. I believe that people should be as healthy as possible and fillthemselves with vitamins and nutrients. I do a 30 minute walk to school and a 30 minute walk home and it keeps me from gaining any weight. And because my diet is made up of small meals my metabolism increases which means that i loose weight very quickly. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day you should split that up into 6 small meals to increase your metabolism. I hope that helped.

Why is it so popular for girls to look constipated or like they're eating their sweater/necklace, or make a duck face in pictures? Or the ones where they take their smartphone and stand infront of the mirror, taking pictures looking at the display of their smartphone and not even at the camera? I understand that you maybe want your full body to be on the picture but why look at the display when you're taking it?
Wherever I go, I see these pictures on facebook/instagram etc.
I personally don't know why they're so popular. I mean there is nothing really beautiful about making a weird face, like you're either smelling something bad or have to go to the bathroom.
Yes, some of these girls do have a pretty face, but why make these weird expressions instead of just smiling or at least have a normal facial expression? ._. I don't mean to offend anyone who does this but where did this trend come from and why is it so incredibly popular?
Why is it even considered to be attractive and what's so attractive about it? Maybe I'm just weird and can't see it .. When I'm hanging out with friends and have this sort of facial expression I get asked if everything is okay with me. So why is it so incredibly normal to take pictures like this? ._. This is a serious question, I don't mean to rant but I'd really want to know where this came from. (link)

Personally i never understood this either but your question made me think. My mother is a photographer and thanks to her i have an endless portfolio of artistic and beautiful photos of myself and my younger sister. But what if she wasnt a photographer? Well i guess i would be doing the same thing as tjose girls. I find it very concerning when i find an album on someones facebook and every single photo is a duck face. It makes me think that some people dont understand art and they lack creativity. I have learnt from my mother that a photo is far more than just an image on a piece of paper because behind that image there is a story and great effort. Ive never taken selfies with a duck face or anything like that instead i took time and effort to make it into something fun with my friends. Last week i borrowed my mothers camera and went out with my friend to the park to do a photoshoot with her because we thought that it made a beautiful background we took turns with the camera we tried different poses (and none of them included constipated smiles and ducks) when we got home we took time to edit the photos and change the lighting and colours. The results were far more satisfying than a quick selfie. Sometimes using props or unique outfits can also be fun (me and my friend went out wearing bright colour because the theme of the photoshoot was meant to be fun. We looked so different from everyone else :D) Now that ive learnt these things i guess i would never do anything like a duckface because it just doesnt satisfy me :). Some people say that they can not afford a professional camera but i do not think that thats an excuse. You can take a great picture with your phone if you have the correct lighting and background :) i did this a few times and most people thought that i used a professional camera :D
