Cux answered Friday March 7 2014, 7:14 pm: Don't feel like you have to say yes just because you've been asked out. It's perfectly ok to not want to go out with someone. Just be polite and tell him that you don't want to go out with him.

Just say something along the lines of "I'm sorry but I don't have feelings like that for you, I like you as a friend and I hope we can continue being friends"
This way yes, he will be disappointed that you don't like him in that way, but at least you didn't hurt his feelings by being rude about it.
