Strep throat I get strep throat almost every year and this time I wanted to understand why so I looked it up and I got some info saying that it can cause like heart problems or something in the future. I want to know if that's true and if not is it normal or not to get strep throat so often?

It's okay. I get step every year too. It can be fatal but only if you leave it alone for a very long time, like, months. I don't know of any way of preventing it besides drinking plenty of water. If you have a bad sore throat for a couple of days of so just go to the docter and get it checked out. ]
I used to get it once or twice a year. I just kept amoxicillin at home and took it once my throat started to act up. My doctor told me I was nothing if not consistent, but no damage was ever done to my tonsils. I've never heard of strep affecting the heart. If your doctor is not concerned about any long-term effects, you shouldn't be either. ]
