Strange symptoms I've been feeling very sick these days (from the beginning of January onward) and experiencing some strange symptoms. I went to my GP and he said that probably I'm just being paranoid and the symptoms will go away on their own but it seems that they are just worsening as days roll by.
1. I have noticed that I bruise easily these days and I have seen some pinprick bleeds on my arms and legs.
2. I have also been catching colds and other infections more than normally.
3. I have fever, fatigue, night sweating, chills and have lost my appetite. My GP thinks it's just influenza.
4.I have a feeling of fullness below my ribs, have bone and joint pain and too many nosebleeds.
Can anybody please give me some advice regarding this problem? Should I see another doctor?

I saw that you did not particularly like Razhie answer that you should see a different doctor. As far as seeing a different doctor she is correct you need to get a second opinion. GP, General Practitioners, don't always look for the pickle in the hearing barrel. They look for the norm or what general ailments they see coming into their office.
For a second opinion you need to go to the next level of care which would be a specialist. Based on what you have written I would suggest you see an internist.
Razhie is right we are not doctors. I have been for most of my working life been a member of a fire department rescue squad. If you were to call for my ambulance. After making my assessment of you my recommendation would be that you allow us to take you to the Hospital emergency room.
Why the hospital ER? Because they have all the abilities their to run the tests most GPS do not have in their office. Also if your local hospital is a level 1 trauma center they also have on staff most of the specialist in the hospital they can consult with if need be to make a determination of what is bothering you.
My advice is you have two choices. You can find an Internist and make an appointment to see the doctor at a first available date. Or you can go to your local hospital emergency room and ask for help.
As Razhie said none of us are doctors but if your symptoms are not improving and you GP is doing nothing for you then you need to see another doctor. That doctor may as well be a specialist. Most insurance companies will pay for second opinions. They will also pay for ER visits if they deem them true emergencies. ]
