i dont know how to move on from last relationship !
sooo i was datin this guy for a year , we broke up , now im heart broken and dont know how to move on ! i feel like guys dont want to talk to me because i was with this guy for a long time, i would shut down anyone who would try talk to me . and now idont know how to get back in the gaaame! what should i do ?

I know how you feel I was engaged once for 3 years (I am 24 by the way )and my misses dumped me by txt message . I loved her but she never loved me . I tried to move on like you have and found it to b very hard and wired but I met someone and I and up getting close to her and I just found my self upset and down like I was doing something wrong like I was cheating or something , she was a grate girl and so nice and caring but every time I got close with her like interment afterwards I would feel depressed , towards the end I had to brake it off with her as I just wasn't ready for a relationship I need more time I am friends with this girl still and she loves me but I can only b her friend as I am not ready to b with someone it's just not the right time it's been 7 months from the brake up with my fiancee and I am still single and I am slowly getting better i still feel that pain but I am pushing through this . What I am trying to get at with you is that take your time when you are ready to find someone you will and be very careful not to do what I did and be with some one when you not ready to fully let go of your ex because that's how you end up hurting someone . Well, a year is a long time to be with one person. It takes time to get over a relationship. If you don't know how to get back in the game, then perhaps you aren't quite ready?
Guys don't care if you were in a long relationship previously. If they're not talking to you, it could be because you're shutting them down when they try, like you said?

DO STUFF FOR YOU. dye your hair, change your look, change your room around, go out with friends, exercise. keep yourself busy. if you focus on meeting another guy it just wont happen. then when your least expecting it it will come out of nowhere. Dont sit around eating icecream- dress to impress cause you never know who your going to meet when you go out :)

Shit, I was in a relationship for a month and I don't really know how to get over it. I mean, I knew her for a while, but that doesn't matter. You get over it when you get over it. Just date guys, don't look for a relationship.
