it's a common thing. If you don't want to have sex with them you have a right to say no. Age and if it's your 2nd or 3rd cousin are also part of the answer, if you are distant cousins it should be fine, and as long as you are both consenting adults... 17 or older depending on state. A lot of presidents and their wives were cousins and Jerry Lee Lewis married his cousin.. it's not a popular choice but if you are in love I say follow your heart.

Tell an adult you trust exactly what he has said to you and let them handle him. What he is doing is wrong and he needs adult intervention to get that. It's immoral on top. Definitely tell someone and they can deal with it for you.
