Bulimic or not?

Question Posted Saturday February 25 2012, 1:00 pm

Hi. So recently I have started making myself throw up. The first time was this one night when I was really depressed about everything. It felt like I could no longer change anything about my life, so I wanted to change my appearance. At first nothing came out except clear saliva, but slowly my dinner began to make it's way back up. I have made myself throw up three times after this. This began about 2 weeks ago. Does this make me bulimic?

Stop it! You are a wonderful person and you know it! Don't do this to yourself! Yes you are bulimic! You can do this on your own, since you're so great, but you do need a friend or another adult to talk to. Don't be ashamed, just don't get to the point where it IS a shame. Stop now! Don't hurt yourself- you're a great person, don't ruin it! Everyone supports you, so don't doubt yourself. Your appearance is fine- you're perfect the way you are, so don't change yourself! Don't do this- trust me! :) Everyone supports you! :D

Yes. If you are MAKING yourself throw up, that is Bulimic.
I would recommend getting help from an expert, but definetly try not to do this cus it can lead to a LOT of problems. Serious Problems. If you want to change your life in a good way, why not take up a new hobby? Watercoulor painting is relaxing!

By the way Bulimia leads to......

Organ failure

Infertility

Hair loss

Tooth Decay

Irregular Heart Beat

Low Blood Pressure

DEATH

There are much more other healthier options out there, Throwing up your food is NOT the answer. It will NOT help your depression it will NOT make your problems go away. Join a Gym, Eat 3 meals a day but starving yourself will do nothing but end you up in a hospital or worse. STOP doing it

There are healthier ways of changing your appearance then becoming bulimic, like excise. This is obviously not only about your apperance. You always have the ability to change you life because of the simple fact that it is called your life. You may not see it because you are so depressed but its true. What you are doing will harm you and if you continue to do this you are bulimic. If you need anyone to talk to about anything inbox me.
