Tigz285 answered Wednesday March 28 2012, 3:00 am: I would wear a more absorbent pad to stop it leaking at school. There are a whole range of different brands and types of pads. On the packet it, it tells you the absorbency so you might want to get one with a higher obsorbency so it absorbs most of the period blood. You can get thicker pads as well and you get longer ones so it covers more area than just a normal pad. You can all so get different types of tampons lite, super etc (if you wear tampons).
Take some extra pads with you in a makeup bag or something and you might also want to put 1 extra knickers in case it does leak and you have a spare. [ Tigz285's advice column | Ask Tigz285 A Question ]
