You need to see a doctor

It could be something simple as dehydration, IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) Or something that is more serious.

We aren't doctors, We cannot give you a diagnosis.

Rena-Chan answered Monday January 16 2012, 12:24 pm:
Not eating enough will cause fatigue as well as diarrhea. Losing weight the "eat less" way is not good for your body/health. As diarrhea causes dehydration, and could possibly end up leading to more dangerous health problems. When losing weight (THE RIGHT WAY) you must eat healthy meals, regularly as well as exercise (cardio helps burn fat, and other exercises ensure your body is tone, thus making sure you don't have baggy skin/stretch marks). Not one meal a day, as this will cause your body to hold onto the fat in the food for the "starvation" periods. Causing you to gain more weight than you're losing, as well as for your body's future health. Improper eating WILL cause major weight gain when you are older. So I suggest, start eating healthy, AND exercise to properly lose weight, as well as keeping you energized and hydrated.
