My question is about me a 12 year old boy wanting to have sex with my sister
Well idk what to I basically have tried to watch my sister get dressed that didn't work i think I might try just looking in the shower when she us naked but is that legal to do that

Having sex with your sister is illegal, it is called incest. Spying on your sister in the shower is an invasion of her privacy it is not illegal. If your sister catches you expect mom or dad to come down on you like a ton of bricks for it is wrong. Though I can't think of any younger brother that hasn't thought of or even tried to see his older sister naked. You are actually quite normal in that event.
If mom and dad have not already sat down with you to explain the facts of life to you then they need to. For at 12 years old you are starting into puberty and what is causing your curiosity is the hormones now coursing through your body. Girls are no longer yucky and have be come the subject of interest and curiosity. So attempting to see a girl, your sister or anyone else naked is very normal.
Wanting to have sex with your sister is not illegal it is a fantasy that if acted upon then becomes illegal. I hope you understand that. It is okay to fantasize but you cannot always act out your fantasies.
Also at 12 you are way to young to be having sex. Their are other ways to relieve the sexual tension you may be feeling. I suggest you use the web to research way to do so. When you are much, much older and more mature. Capable of fully understanding the consequences of having an adult relationship. Then you can start to consider if having sex is the right thing. For now though you are way, way to young.

Curiosity about the opposite sex is natural as children grow up. You don't say how old your sister is, I'd imagine she's older than you although girls tend to develop quicker than boys so perhaps you're around the same age.
Rather than spying on your sister, I'd encourage you to find a book about the human body and how children grow and develop into adults. This should remove some of the mystery of the process while maintaining your sister's dignity and privacy, which you seem to have forgptten about completely.

At 12 years old, hormones are raging around your body, controlling your moods. The opposite sex is obviously very attractive to you. Sex with blood-related family members is forbidden in most societies and in your case, is an abuse of trust between you and your sister. After reading the book on development suggested above, try to find someone you can talk to about this need you have to spy on your sister before it becomes a problem, an older brother, teacher, friend, doctor,someone who will understand nd guide you.

Leave your sister alone cause I'm pretty sure from experience that I don't want my brother spying on me when I'm naked or peeking at me in the shower. It sounds a little perverted. Just let have her privacy. You shouldn't be doing this especially when you're 12!
