Having sex at 11 is really not good. So many problems can happen that you are not ready for. You could get pregnant, you'd need to get on birth control and I doubt your parents will be ok with that, you could get STDs, then you'll have your emotional weight to carry.
It is tough having sex when you're an older teenager and an adult with all the emotional baggage. There is no way an 11 year old could handle it.

I recommend you put off sex until you are much older. Wait until you know more about sex and what could happen if you weren't not safe and the physical consequences aren't the only thing you should worry about. Sex also comes with emotional connections.
