Just be yourself around him, and try to be extremely nice, supportive, and understanding to him. He will respect that, and may start liking you. Try to drop little hints that you may like him, because if he thinks you like him, he might like you more. Swish your hair, laugh at what he says, and complement him. You can't make him like you he either likes you or he doesn't like you. I suggest telling him how you feel and then see what he says. You can't make anyone do what they don't want to do.

You have to understand, you can not MAKE someone like you. They will have to like you of their own free will. But you could possibly get him interested in you if you two hang out and talk for some time longer. If you are impatient, then muster up the courage and tell him how you feel.
