orphans answered Thursday December 8 2011, 7:25 am: You should shower/wash everyday at least once. At least twice in a hotter climate preferably with a perfumed shower gel/soap. My favourite is Bitter lemon and ginger.
Try to shower rather than bathe. When bathing, the water is dirty and stagnant. A shower uses fresh flowing water. Also use hot water.
Use deodorant or anti-perspirant, and personal, feminine wipes for such areas.
Also drink alot of water to flush out the toxins which release such smells.
Also avoid fatty and spicy foods as such foods can release bad smells.
