how do i get a guy hard over the phone?

Well, it depends on the guy. But I would think most guys would respond to moaning and if your feeling especially daring maybe you could tel him how your hands are rubbing across your body, sliding down your shorts..etc. You know let him imagine you in his mind, I think that wil work.
