Depends. I know guys who have said how unattractive it is to be covered in sticky gloop when trying to receive a kiss from a girl.. whereas others are just happy to be kissing and don't really care.

Some boys like it. But they most be crazy about you(or just crazy about any girl)
Most he will not say anything. Try color lip beem. I've never kissed a boy but my sis said it worked.

Most of the time, yes. It's sticky and gets all over them. If you still want some lip color, I suggest using a lip tint. (Drugstore options: Covergirl, Revlon Just Bitten. Higher-end option: Tarte.) They'll give you color that doesn't go anywhere.
