Question Posted Sunday November 13 2011, 6:36 pm

Hi!
I just wanted to know what i could use an old house for instead of just a house. I inherited an old house and its really nice and i don't know what to do with it so i'm asking you. Ron 777

Thats right, you can turn it into your place of business, a factory manufacturing something, a school or day care, or for pets while their owners are out (like a hotel for dogs) or a B&B is really nice, all depends on your location, business rules, permits and your interests.. have it for rent... lots of ideas... it will come to you, whatever you do make sure its legal.. if its nice, rent if out for movies! good luck!!

Convert it into a bed and breakfast? A pub? Rent it out? It's completely up to you my friend - just make sure you think it through properly to make the most out of it.
Let me know if you decide in feedback :)
