Too slim and I need to gain weight

Hey,
So most people go on about wanting to loose weight and theres always diet tips in magazines. But the thing is I'm the opposite-underweight.
Anyone know any websites to give advice about building up muscles mass?

Don't know a certain website that give advice for gaining weight but I suggest you eat a lot of protein rich foods to develop your muscles and carbohydrates for energy. You also need to get longer rest.

Hey there!

I'm so glad that you're brave enough to do something about your body. In the process of gaining lean muscle mass, beware of nasty shortcuts! I remember when I was too skinny and needed to gain more weight- stay away from the bad carbs and junk food because even though the first few months are going to be tough, it'll get easier later on!

Now, onto your question, www.bodybuilder.com is an awesome site if you want to learn about building muscles. At the same time, try to find foods that work in your favour, www.livestrong.com can definitely help with that, along with exercising! Hope this helps, good luck!

exercise builds muscles.
Work out and drink protein shakes. Also, eat really healthy so you don't waste time trying to burn fat because really, you want to gain muscle.
