Hey,
So most people go on about wanting to loose weight and theres always diet tips in magazines. But the thing is I'm the opposite-underweight.
Anyone know any websites to give advice about building up muscles mass?
Thanks :)

I'm so glad that you're brave enough to do something about your body. In the process of gaining lean muscle mass, beware of nasty shortcuts! I remember when I was too skinny and needed to gain more weight- stay away from the bad carbs and junk food because even though the first few months are going to be tough, it'll get easier later on!
Now, onto your question, www.bodybuilder.com is an awesome site if you want to learn about building muscles. At the same time, try to find foods that work in your favour, www.livestrong.com can definitely help with that, along with exercising! Hope this helps, good luck! Work out and drink protein shakes. Also, eat really healthy so you don't waste time trying to burn fat because really, you want to gain muscle. [ Teen2TeenHelp's advice column | Ask Teen2TeenHelp A Question ]
