I am a biology major in college. My grades are usually A's and B's but this semester is really hard for me. It's almost over and I havent had any A's on any exams. Im taking Chemistry and Physics 2, along with Ecology, with a few others. My main concern are my science classes. I might get C's in these courses and I am really worried about my future, medical school wise. I am very stressed all the time and am almost in constant worry. I barely sleep and I don't have any time to myself. What should I do to relieve some stress?
Everyone finds different ways to relax. Many people find running or jogging a good way to relax. Running not only relieves your stress but it is a healthy exercise and works to put you in a place so that you can get the rest you need as well.
Exercise is the best stress reliever we know of. Not into running, try swimming, shooting some baskets or going to a batting cage and hitting some baseballs. Tennis is a good healthy game so is handball any game that helps you work up a sweet and work off energy will relieve tension.
As to your science classes; there is no shame in asking for help or joining a study group to better under stand these clauses. If you cannot find a study group or form one , then go to the tutoring center and get some help with that you don't understand. If you want to get into medical school you need a good undergraduate GPA and high MSET scores. The schools are not interested in how you got to your GPA just that you get them.
If you get help in understanding what you are finding hard to understand. Then a lot of the stress you are finding yourself under will disappear.

When I was in college I use to listen to my iPod and draw for a bit or even go out for a walk. For me walking is the best because it clears my head. What I have been recently doing is meditating which has been really nice. Try to make sometime for yourself because if you keep stressing about this its going to make matters worse. I've had exceptionally rigorous courses for the past four years and whenever I'm on break I don't know what to do with myself because I'm so accustomed to being busy with work! All-nighters and cram sessions to finish papers or study for exams have basically become a way of life for me. It's 2:30 in the morning as I write this.
With that being said, here's what I do to relieve stress. I'm on my school's cross country team, and used to hate running. Once I got adjusted though it became the perfect way for me to relieve stress. Even if all you have is ten minutes, go for a quick jog around campus and forget about everything- zone out with some music, focus on your breathing as you run and see how you feel afterwards.
If you don't think that will work for you (but I suggest you at least try!) try writing down some things on the computer or a notepad to vent. That always helps me... I usually write it in song form.
As for the C's, I'm willing to bet A TON of successful, brilliant doctors got those grades in college too. Chemistry and Physics are not easy courses. The same is true for Ecology. Your course schedule is filled with harder classes this year so of course your GPA is going to suffer a little bit- but your mental capacity certainly isn't.
Sleep is another important one. I can hardly say this because I get no sleep. Ever. But I do know that from experience, without sleep your brain can't retain important information. Try just once a week studying a few hours for an important exam then sleeping at a reasonable hour. Or taking a nap after class then working... anything you can do to get some more shut-eye. Take advantage of your weekends. You probably already do, but try to go to bed extra early on weekend nights and such. It will help you catch up!
Also, you're probably aware that biology is the hardest major at almost every college. Considering that & your other courses you are doing outstanding-- don't be so hard on yourself. With your work ethic and ambition there is no doubt you'll get into a fantastic medical school! They care about your course load more than your GPA, I believe, anyway.
