how can i tell if he is lying
i got home oe day to find blood on my sheets and blood stained panties that arent mine. i asked my boyfriend if he had sex with another girl and he told me no. should i believe him or not.

Lets check the facts here. You didn't bleed on your sheets, correct. The panties aren't yours, correct. There is no one else in the house that would have used your room to have sex with someone, correct.
I would say the evidence is clear, your either fantasizing or your boyfriend is lying.

If the pants aren't yours, they're obviously someone elses.
Now, I'm all for innocent until proven guilty.. but this scenario has guilty written all over it.
Ask him again.. and if he's still denying it without giving another VALID reason, you're going to have to reconsider the relationship. Lying and cheating.. it just can't work.. and you deserve better.

Umm oh my god and ewww! Its almost like he's trying to get caught! Why the hell would he not check the sheets afterwards!? If you two are the only people that live in that house and no one else has been there all signs point to him!. That's so messed up, I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. Dump him! If you're not totally convinced that he cheated then you need to start doing some serious investigating. Check his cell phone while he's in the shower or sleeping or something, check his Facebook (if you have access to his account) and most importantly DO NOT have unprotected sex with him! If you found blooded sheets and panties that didn't belong too you then you have every right to suspect your boyfriend cheated. It couldn't possibly be anymore obvious then it is. Your boyfriend denying it is almost like you walking right in on him screwing another women and he keeps denying it when she's in bed with him. Duh!
Of course he is going to deny cheating, You've pretty much caught him red handed. Dump his lying ass and get over it.
