I'm the same age as you and all my friends make fun of me for my size! Don't worry, you'll grow more. It runs in your family so you shouldn't have a problem.

You are perfectly normal. Trust me, you're not done growing, so your boobs will grow. Don't worry about it because every girl grows at a certain rate. Hope I help, and feel free to inbox me if you need anything.

Yes, you're normal. I know how you feel, I don't have very big boobs myself. You are probably just a late bloomer, and while you may not be able to make your boobs that much bigger naturally, here are some tips you can try.
1. To make them appear bigger, you can get a tan on your cleavage, and that way it will make an illusion that you have more cleavage than you actually do.
2. Doing exercises to enhance your breast not only firms them up, exercising also contribute to your health as well. Doing push ups is a great way to get you started on your way.
3. Make sure when you excercise to use a good and firm sports bra, because boobs dont like to bounce around, and this causes them to get all lopsided... you dont want that!
4.You can increase the blood flow in your chest by massaging them the right way. This helps to enlarge and give your breasts firmness.
But hey, if with time you still don't get bigger boobs, learn to love them. Many girls wish their boobs were smaller and many wish they were bigger. Big or small boobs, God made you the way you are for a purpose, and he thinks you are absolutely gorgeous that way. Good Luck!

It's a genetics thing. You're what they refer to as a late-bloomer. It means that while your peers have experienced something during puberty now rather than later that your genes will come to it later. There's nothing you can do to stimulate growth. It happens naturally and you just have to hang in. It has nothing to do with age.

It will happen and odds are your mother or someone down the line also were later bloomers. You ought to talk to her about it and your self-esteem and other girls and see what she can do to make you feel better. There are undergarments that are designed to enhance that area but see what she feels you should do especially if any teasing is going on.

Also, at 13 there's a ton of changes going on internally and at their own speed all controlled by genetics. You really shouldn't be that concerned as you're still in early stages. If you feel worried about it mention it to your doctor who likely will tell you the same thing as there doesn't seem to be a medical issue behind this. And yes, you're 100% normal aside from being a weird teenager to begin with ;)

Also, if you speak candidly to your mother and sister they'll tell you size isn't everything. A lot of women who are bigger often have back pain and other problems and long to be smaller. Either way nature will iron all of this out for you eventually.

You are absolutely normal! Everyone is different, and even if that is a trait that runs in your family, it does not necessarily mean you will or will not get big boobs. Only genes can tell...

I'm strongly against ordering any kind of supplement or other kind of pill or exercise machine that says it will help your breasts grow. They could possibly be unsafe because some are not reviewed by the FDA. Your best bet would be to do chest and arm exercises, such as push ups to build up the muscle behind the breast tissue. This will better support and accentuate your chest.

Honestly, I would not worry about this problem at all! Nobody is the same, and as long as you are healthy and seeing a doctor regularly, your body is doing what it is supposed to do. Give it a few years! Hope I helped.
