I’m a 26 year old man form India; I have a sister of 21 year old. My sister broke up with her boyfriend a month ago.
But now my sister wants to have sex with me because she is really addicted in having sex.
So will she get pregnant if she has sex with me?
Especially she wants to have sex without a condom.

Do NOT have sex with her, tell her that' disgusting and she needs help, she needs to go to get help for this addiction it's not healthy..and you don't know all the guys she's slept with? You could get a sti? (std)

If you were to have sex with your sibling and she fell pregnant there is an extremely high chance that the child could be born with disformities, mental retardation or it may not even survive birth as this baby would be born through family genes.
My best advise; Stay away from your sister, She is your blood related relative and again that is just gross. [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]

However, any foetus or child that is conceived between you and your sister has a high chance of congenital birth defects and as a result a higher chance of spontaneous abortion or reduced survival probability after birth.
