How can I comfort my cousin ?

Question Posted Thursday May 19 2011, 8:48 pm

My cousin is 25 years old and he's really emotional and he cries alot for no reason. He just started crying his eyes out and he said he can't stop. What can I do to comfort him ? Should I hold him talk to him or what ? What can I say to him ?

First of all,He needs to go to either a therapist or a doctor to get what kind of depression he has. Its depression for sure. Then they need to figure out what caused it. Then they can talk to him and give him medication.

When he cries like that let him know that you are there for him, hug him, and just let him cry.
Obviously he must be upset about something, even if he doesn't know what it is, maybe he should talk to a psychologist.
