well last year i got my first job at a camp and im met this guy he is such a big flirt, he was always touchy and had these nicknames and i liked all this attetion and i strated to like and i guess nothing happen and we havent talked this camp. so this summer im working at the same camp again and i know he'll be working thier too, so im wondering what do i do this summer do i got up to him first or do i wait for him to notice me ????

Guys love girls who are confident and head-strong. It shows that you aren't afraid to be social and outgoing and you want to get to know him better.
If you just wait for him to make a move, he won't feel motivated to chase after you and (you have to realize, guys only do stuff if they think its exciting and fun) so if you don't make the first move, he wont think of it as fun and exciting. He wont want to do all the work to chase after you.
Make a statement. wear something different (in a good way) or change something about yourself like hair color. Something different about yourself that will catch his attention. But remember- don't change your inner personality..
