Short time at college but still graduate? Well I have my GED and I wanna go to college. Something easy which I know nothing is easy but I wanna do something that I will make more than ten dollars an hour on and I don't wanna be in college very long. Not a year not two years nothing long. And I really don't care what it Is as long as it's not got math in it. I didn't graduate high school because they said of I couldn't pass algebra 2 then they wouldn't let me graduate at all so that's why I got my GED. Anyone have any suggestions??

Some of those math requirements are totally ridiculous. The imposition of higher math standards was due solely to political grandstanding. I did math all the way up to trig in college because it was required and then forgot it all a year later and never needed to it at my job anyway. Total waste of a lot of students' time and money.
You can go to a junior college and take a certificate program for stuff like auto mechanics. I know people who have done that and they weren't exactly math geniuses. You can also become a plumber, who earn good money.
I definitely don't recommend you waste your money on what are, in my humble opinion, scam schools like ITT Tech, the University of Phoenix or DeVry. Many major companies won't hire you with a certificate from those places anyway. So it's pretty much a state college for you or nothing. ]
There are many career tests you can take online- try one of those. You aren't going to really find something that you'll be trained for in a shorter time span than a year. Even being like an air condition repair person takes more than a year. You could try for a job as a receptionist or an administrative assistant, they sometime make more than ten dollars an hour (depending on where you are). ]
Start looking into places that have Associate Degree programs. They are programs that only take 2 yrs to complete and offer a large variety of career paths, from mechanics to hospitality to nursing assistants to court reports and paralegals. There are so many options out there. Look around at schools that offer Associate Degrees and see what career paths they offer and see what interests you the most. Good luck! ]
