No. Of course, anyone can catch a disease just by being exposed to the germs which cause it, but STDs are called that for a reason; they are most commonly transmitted via sexual contact, and the viruses/bacteria which cause them do not survive in the open air.

You cannot give yourself syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, AIDS, or any other STD. There are other ways to catch these diseases besides sexual contact, but it is very rare and none of them could be considered "giving it to yourself".
