I get an eyelash in mine all the time, ha. I hate it, but I make sure I wash my hands, grab a mirror, blink to make it come to the front of my eye and touch it - it should stick to your finger.
If you can't see an eyelash in there, it could have worked it's way out and just left your eye irritated - or if you know it's in there but you just can't seem to get it out, you're gonna have to drop by to a doc and get them to fish it out (which has also happened to me!)
