I'm the same way. I just turned 16 this past thursday, and like you, until about 8 months ago, I had a really shitty childhood as well. Personally, therapy kind of helps actually. It doesn't make you crazy or anything. I SWEAR. It may help you to talk about it.

you need to pray about it. many people can refer you to a shrink or yoga, but what you need is prayer. it is true that you should also have a person you can talk to physically. but God is also there and can help you in anything you need. pray about it and try your hardest to forget about it.

if there is one thing i learned, looking back brings you more anxiety than moving forward. you can't change the past, but you can manage a better future....

I would try to clear your head about things you enjoy and get your mind distracted. Talk to your friends, listen to relaxing music to get you off of the topic. If that doesn't work, you should talk to someone ur closed to or go to a guidance counselour. Think of all the positive things that have happened to you despite your childhood. Don't let your past take controll of your like. Look to the brighter future you can have..it isn't your fault you had to go through bad things. You can take charge of your life, the only person who can take control of your life is you. Dont think its your fault that you know things you shouldn't.I hope this helps!Rate me if ud like:)

You need to go talk to someone. An adult you trust or a counselor. They'll help you get the help you need. That is probably the best thing you can do right now. Good luck!

I think you should tell someone how your feeling if
it's affecting you that badly either tell your parents or go to a therapist someone who you feel most comfortable with keeping everything to yourself
and bottled up inside isn't a good thing
to do you'll feel better once you start getting it all out in the open for someone to hear once you start talking about it you'll feel as if it's all
been lifted off your shoulders so to speak you could
even go to your doctor and see if they'll be able to
help you seeing as you've got anxiety and feel paranoid but i think your best option is to talk to
someone you'll feel better afterwards i'm sure all of us have seen things we shouldn't have and we've all had rough times in our lives that's normal so you aren't alone when it comes to that :)
