i dont know why this is confusing me so much but it is. haha.
so i messaged him saying
' when i see you expect big tackle hugs'
and his response was
' haha okies =] from you...=]'
its the from you...=] part thats really confusing me. what does he mean by that? is it flirty?

I reckon it means he not thAT into you cauze a guy that îs into youwud go yaaaay cnt wait c ya soon wheres a guy that îs into youmuch just goes something like " hmm alright watever see you turn" type of thing.
