DONTbeSTUPID answered Friday December 24 2010, 2:56 am: I think he is saying, in short, "Wake up and Rise to the Occasion!" Because Wake may mean wake up and Bake may mean rise as dough does in an oven. Maybe it's something that was said to him a long time ago that he liked to hear and now is repeating it. A way to find out if this, in short, is what he's saying try this. After he says it say to him with an agreeing attitude, "That's right, Wake up and Rise to the Occasion!" And then turn to him with a pleasant attitude or expression on your face and say to him "Right?" And see how much he agrees with what you just said! If he agrees with you and gives you a pleasant attitude or expression, then that means he likes what you said and respects you for it which may help you later if you have to deal with him regarding whatever. Thanks for the challenge of helping you figure this out. I am very curious if I'm correct in my assumption. Good luck and stay inquisitive! It's fun and adventurous and rewarding! And if he keeps saying it too much and it's starting to really aggravate you even further, if that's possible, I know how to get him to stop saying that around you. Just make up a cute and silly saying that rhymes with or sounds funny after he says what he says. Then, eventually, before he says it he will make sure that you can't hear him say it so that he doesn't have to hear your silly phrase after his!
