Question Posted Wednesday December 15 2010, 2:22 am
Okay so I had sex with my boyfriend over the weekend and he was pretty rough and what not which is usually fine but the next morning when i tried to pee it really hurt. Since then, my pee has been a slightly weirdish color and slightly smelly and it hurts even when i'm not doing anything. I also have an opaque discharge. The discharge happens on occasion, I'm pretty sure i'm just prone to yeast infections. But it usually just itches, never burns. Help? It's kind of embarrassing so I dont want to see a doc unless I have to
You have to remember to pee after sex. This will help to prevent getting UTI's.
PS- When you go the doctor, don't be embarrassed at all. I had a problem "down there" that I was very concerned about and honestly, I was just concerned with my health. I put my pride aside and told the doctor everything. It was slightly awkward, but in the end, my health is much more important. They've seen it all, and dealt with it all. They won't judge you or think you're gross for having this problem. Just be relaxed! [ leLovely's advice column | Ask leLovely A Question ]

Its pretty much when your...well, pee hole, haha, and the tube where the urine comes out gets inflamed and sore. Go to your obgyn or family doctor, and get checked out, they can give you a medicine to clear it right up. it can happen from rough sex to be honest with you. Tell him you're sexually active, because then if it turns out you don't have a yeast/bladder infection he can set you up with some tests for STDS. More than likely, it's some sort of infection down there, & some anti biotics should clear it up in a few days. They are no fun though! Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, especially water & cranberry juice to get better quicker. Good Luck <3 [ breeeezy's advice column | Ask breeeezy A Question ]
marinemom24 answered Wednesday December 15 2010, 7:58 am: It could be yeast infection and it could be something else. Burning while peeing can indicate a bladder infection also. Letting either one of these conditions go untreated can cause more serious infections and complications. Please don't try to self-diagnose. Your best bet is to see a doctor and get the proper diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps. Good luck! [ marinemom24's advice column | Ask marinemom24 A Question ]
