Pizza Assignment Question
I have asked this question before and got a great answer, that helped me answer half of one of my cooking assignment's pizza, although I need a website for one more part. How was the base of a traditional pizaa made?

So the first link basically tells you more on the first question but also about the shape and size of the base and the second link if you scroll down the page says Base and baking methods. Whilst cross referencing sites I've found most sites to say that the first pizzas were indeed hand tossed. Good luck! Tell me if you need any additional help. Hope I helped! :/ x
