what do girls use to wash down there? i've been using regular bar soap since forever and i think i should switch, but what do i use instead?

People say you aren't supposed to use anything down there because your vagina is self-cleaning and its said to make your vagina more irritated if you do use body washes and soap. If you don't feel comfortable with this however, use a mild soap.

Using regular soap is fine. You don't need a special soap or anything. I don't recommend douching, however.

bar soap works but so does douching less smelling and very clean

i just learned the other day you really don't need to use anything but water. using soap and deodorants and stuff can fuck up the ph level and result in a yeast infection or worse.
but if water just doesn't make you feel clean enough, regular barsoap is just fine. just make sure its unscented.
