The hassle of diapers and bathing suits is less than sand in baby privates. I mean, in the name of practicality and keeping the infection rate down, why not put them in something?

Hello.
I've actually seen naked children at the beach. But when I say children, I mean children under 4 years old. I'm not sure of the legality of it, but I'm sure it wouldn't be culturally acceptable (at least not in the U.S.) if say the "child" were over 5 or 6. But if it's a baby, then I'm sure no one will think anything of it.
