What is working for me right now is belly dancing, its very feminine, and it really works your tummy muscles, its something that you can research and do alone, you dont have to take classes, or have excercise equpiment.

swimming is a good way to do this sure it means puttin them on show but it works out everything equally.
running is good for the legs.
a gymnastic class would also tone your whole body up.
all excersizes of which will REALLY improve your stamina. ]
