What is working for me right now is belly dancing, its very feminine, and it really works your tummy muscles, its something that you can research and do alone, you dont have to take classes, or have excercise equpiment.
You should see results soon.

you gentlely touch lips, and then like a sandwich, you kiss the top or bottom lip, with mouth slightly opened, and then the guy will do the rest, guys dont really care if a girl can kiss, most of them would be happy to teach you. dont worry, i had the same problem wiht my bf, and it all worked out awesomely!!! good luck! :0

Friends are easy to make, just be yourself, and find ppl that like you for you, and who have a similar personality to yours. a great way to make friends, is get involved in school activities, and sports, you can get to know new ppl fast. Good Luck!!! :)

that tells you that he likes you, but hes embarrassed to be dating you, or he has another girlfriend that he is telling to do the same, this way he can have as many girlfriends as he wants, but if he doesnt want you to tell anybody, hes probably emmbarassed, and affraid that dating you with hurt hie reputation (im not saying that there is anything wrong with you) but you deserve way better than that, you deserve a guy that will love you for you, no matter what your wearing, who you tell, how you look of anything, he will love you for everything about you, including your imperfections, you should confront him and ask him if hes embarassed to be dating you, if he says yes, break up with him right then, if he says not, then tell him the only way that he can prove that it by telling ppl, and not trying to hide it!

so im 17 and my bf is 21 i thought i would end up having a happy life with hin but 4weeks ago he got arrested and he told me it was because he violated probation. even though he was locked up he called me every day and he asked me would i wait for him and i said i will because he is my future husband. so one day i wanted to see his mug shot so i googled his name and i found out the real reason why he was locked up was because he's a drug dealer.... now im feeling like i dont really know him any more and is this what i really want in my life. he dont know that i know the real reason why he's locked up im just waiting till he gets out to confront him. should i try to help him change or should i move on. i really dont want to leave him. i love him soooo much. you need to move on, your too young to commit yourself to a person behind bars, he may be a great guy, but a drug dealer will always be a drug dealer, its an addiction that will never go away,later on in life you will want kids, and its a mothers first instinct to protect her children, and having the aroound a person that was once a drug dealer is not good for them. there are plenty of other people out there that need somebody just like you, and are perfect in everyway for you, and besides this guy lied to you, he was hidding a big part of him, when he got arrested that should of been a wake up call, no mmatter what it was for, and he wont be happy that you are going to catch him in that lie, things could get dangerous.

believe it or not, the same thing has happened to me, i figured out the reason i couldnt break up with him was because i felt like he was so in love with me, and then i also felt kind of bad, because he was the kind of guy that would probably nmot find another girlfriend anytime soon,but the further in the relationship i went, i knew that he wasnt the guy for me, and i could do a lot better, what i did was i told him the truth, i said that i would rather be friends, and that he is a great friend, and that i didnt like him as much not as i did then, and he accepted it, and we are still friends today.

Okay well I am a seventeen year old female. Recently I moved back to my hometown and started hanging out with this guy I've liked since sixth grade. I found out that he was really diggin me to. Well I've been here two weeks and I've seen him just about every day. Last night I went over to his house and stayed. We had our first kiss and all that junk and cuddled and stuff. One thing lead to another and we ended up having sex. One thing you need to know about this guy is he is actually one of the good ones. I've never seen him cheat or disrespect any women.I really like this guy but I feel that maybe that happened a lil to soon, and we not together that I kno of. I've only slept with one other person besides him so I'm worried about coming across as a whore. I don't wanna ruin my chances with this guy. I mean after words he didn't act as if I did anything wrong we jus cuddled and talked and he told me that he had been waiting a long time for this. Meaning me and him. I don't think you messed up your chances, if he was happy about if afterwards, then i dont think you messed up you chances, if you are really worried about it, then talk to him and say, im sorry about the other night, i think things may have happened too fast, im not sure if you feel the same way, but i just want to make sure that things are ok between us, and that having sex didnt mess anything up, because you enjoy his company, and being around him, and you dont want to lose him.

Basically I feel like my boyfriend is becoming bored with our relationship. I know he won't leave me or cheat, but I feel bad because I want him to be happy and have a good time around me when I see him. Any ideas on things to do that will help give our relationship a boost? weird, random, crazy ideas are welcome as well as normal ones :)

You could take him on your next family trip, or a walk in the park, im sure he would appreciate it. you could even do something he likes, if you know of a sport he likes, such as football, tennis, golf, basketball, anything, you could throw a football back and forth, or play tennis, go play miniature golf, or play a game of horse/pig with a basketball.

about a month ago i started getting this nauseas feeling all the time. I constantly feel like i am sick to my stomach and it makes me have more BM's i used to do it only a couple times a week and now it is a daily thing.(which i understand is whats normal) but it is different for me and its not normal because it makes me feel sick. Along with the sick feeling i seem to have a constant headache and pain in my lower & upper back. I am not completely sure is what up or even a little bit sure whats going on all i know is i want to feel better.
I'm pretty sure there is no way i am pregnant i have been using condoms and none of them have broke and im understanding that that is the only way i could get pregnant using them.
I want a few opinions before i decide to go to the doctors or buy a pregnancy test.

You may have to stomach flu if you are 100% sure your not pregnant, even though you are using condoms, they are only 98% effective, one of the could have broke, and you may not of known it, it could of have had a tiny hole, and even when a person is pregnant, they can still have their period, its not very uncommon.
