Hi this is perfectly normal for a guy your age, your still growing so being 3.5 inches right now isnt so bad. You still have time to grow And also the penis when erect can sometimes be considerably large than when flaccid, it all depends on the person. Try not to worry so much about the size your only 14 you have time to grow.
