there is no way you can get out of this without hurting this girl. and its not your fault. be honest with her stop wasting your time and stop wasting her time you could be dating someone that you feel magic with and she could be dating some one who is truly into her. i'm so sorry for what happend to you thats awful but you must move on and forgive your abuser so that you can be free. The truth is MOST MEN are selfish and the lie especially the young ones. So its up to you to put your foot down don't trust anyone male or female too quickly. Get to know really get to know who they are and listen to your gutt when you feel something is off about somone, when that little voice is saying don't trust.... listen to it. I don't know how old you are so i can't tell you exactly how to go about this but every man is not the same. If you are young for example 15 to 21 forget about it don't trust shit that comes out guys mouth cause around that age they are mostly full of shit and need time to mature. if you are older you can put you guard down a little. take it slow and get to know people and the way you judge people will come more easilly to you.

low estrogen 24 is real good. I'm over weight and on a diet lost about 35 pounds while on these pills in about 3 months. the only side effects are....... less blood flow less cramps less bloating and no weight gain.( sounds good right) before these birth control pills i was getting my period twice a month, REALLY BAD PAIN with back aches head aches and bloating not to mentions 5 pounds of water weight. these pills saved my life you should try it. Everyone is diffrent though. The trick is to remember to take it on time the same time every day especially when you first start your body has to get used to it. if you slip up and miss a day you'll get a very heavy period. set an alarm or set your phone to alarm every day.
What ever you do DO NOT try seasonique or YAZ I did and i had heart problems and needed to be rushed to the hospital. Plus both companies have cases agaist them cause people actrually died while on it. Stay far away from those. GOOD luck!

WOW you and i have the same probelem i know all to well what you are going through.and i tried everthing. But recently i have tried somethin called hip hop abs i works i don't know if you've heard of it but you can buy the dvd on amozon.and another good dvd is turbo jam abs thats real good.
well i've been doing hip hop abs for about six weeks and i lost 3 inches keep in mind i don't do it every day and sometimes i over eat. but it still works i love it. i know if i got serious it would work better
another tip is wear a swet belt you can get that on amozon to. its ths velcro belt you wear while exerciseing it makes you swet more in the stomack area.

You seriously need to go to the DOCTOR NOW. I can't think of a reason why you can't go. This is a very serious problem you should NOT have blood in your semen AT ALL. If you're embarressed you need to get over it. If its a family doctor that you don't want your family to find out get over it. And if its because you have no insurance there are free clinics every where. You need to put embarasment aside and your pride aside before its too late. Your life is worth more. I have decided I'd like to end my life. I have been without a job for 6 months and no longer have funds left. Nobody can help me and I feel that I am just wasting space at this time. America is in trouble a lot of people don't have jobs. You've only been out of a job for 6 months thats nothing. Your life is worth way more. Instead of sitting around all day asking people for ways how to kill your self you should be out looking for a job. Its not that bad you have your health. Do you want to be in the hospital hooked up to tubes fighting cancer or aids. atleast you're not homeless in the street with no food. IT could be a lot worst than what you think. Its not that bad. YYYEEEESSSS you can definately still get gregnant. Let me tell you something men love to hear it when women are on the pill. They get real relaxed and happy now cause the have no responsibility. They think the pill is going take care of everything well that is not true. Its good that your on the pill cuase it does help you not to get preganat about 95% but if you skip just one pill Just one lil mistake is all it takes and you will surely get pregnant. So tell your boy friend no glove no love you make him where the condom that way if you forget to take your pill the condom will be the back up.
And in the future don't ever tell a man your own the pill they love that. And the love to spred their seed. Keep that info to your self.

I have a girlfriend that I have been going out with for 14 months. She lives 2 hours away and I see her almost every weekend- I either take her back to my house or I stay at her house for the weekend. Things have typically gone fine until about two months ago. We have fought more and more. I am friends with my ex's uncle, and this bothers her tremendously. However, me and him are good friends and I am not planning on stopping hanging out with him because he is an awesome guy and in some ways my idol. Anything that has to do with my ex girlfriend, my girlfriend is totally against it, even though I am totally over avoiding my ex and we have even somewhat become friends. My current girlfriend and I started going out approximately three weeks after my last relationship, which lasted 10 months and was my first love- quite a painful experience although I am over it and I feel like it taught me a lot. I am just not sure what to do about this whole situation. I feel like I am growing more distant from my current girlfriend the less time I spend with her, and I feel like I want to experience other women someday, and I feel like there are some things I need to explore and do on my own while I am single, while I can. I know she loves me like crazy and I love her too- I don't know if I want to lose her forever. I am only 20 though and I know I have my whole life ahead of me. You are a afraid that if you break up with this girl you will hurt her. But its better to be honest with her that waste her time and your time. I've been with my boyfriend for about 10 months. We're really honest with each other and trust each other and all that. So we have a pretty good relationship. It's just I get so jealous easily. I don't show it at all. But I hate the feeling. It's just whenever he's talking to a girl. it definately the birth control thats one of the well known side affects. loss of sex drive its normal. you have to let you body get uesd to the hormones. it will take about 2 months.
if you want things to get back to normal i think you should stop taking the shots and get on the pill. Use something like loestrin. its gentle enough and the side affects are minimal.
But you should go to the doctor and explain how you feel. Whatever you do don't just switch to the pill without the doctors notice or else your body would go into shock and you will have bad cramps.
i know cause the same thing happend to me if you look it up on the internet the main side affect is low sex drive so thats definately what the problem is.

Okay so with me and this guy Angel it's a long story. I knew him since 2nd grade, he moved, then 6th grade he came back, and we started dating, I fell in love with Angel! we dated all the way to 7th grade, thenn he cheated on me and I found out and well he denied it of course. I should not be the person to answer this question cause i have been cheated on and don't trust men but i'll try to be understanding.
okay as much as i hate to say this........ you have to trust you boyfriend trust that he can go out see his ex and nothing will happen between them i'm not saying turn a blind eye still watch him use you womans intuitiion. after all he is a man and 9 times out of ten most men suck. but maybe you have one of the good ones
