Jealousy: I Got Jealous, And I Don't Even Know Why?

I've been with my boyfriend for about 10 months. We're really honest with each other and trust each other and all that. So we have a pretty good relationship. It's just I get so jealous easily. I don't show it at all. But I hate the feeling. It's just whenever he's talking to a girl. Usually if I think she's really pretty or I know he used to like or if he has been with her it really gets to me.
One time, he saw one of his exes. He just was like, "oh great. she's a stalker" I didn't know her but I got jealous, even though he doesn't like her. Why is that? How do I deal with this and make it go away? I know for a fact I'm not gonna lose him and I don't feel like I am. I even tell myself that. I don't have a reason at all to feel this way.
I get this way with my crushes too. Can anyone help me with this?

Every time you see him just talking with a girl you start to compare your self to her because for some reason you feel that you are not good enough. You have to stop that. The only person getting in your way is you. You have a good man. There are millions of women out there wanting what you have. Hold on to what you have and be grateful.Get those thought out your head. You're freeking out over absolutely nothing. [ liloprah's advice column | Ask liloprah A Question ]
