sftball33 answered Monday August 9 2010, 12:35 am: Definatley a tampon. However, make sure to never keep it in for more than 6 hours, as this increases the chance of Toxic Shock Syndrome and vaginal infections. you can use less absorbent tampon if you are less experienced.
bliz answered Sunday August 8 2010, 8:04 pm: You need to wear a tampon, not a pad. This will prevent blood from leakig out of a wet pad and into the water. [ bliz's advice column | Ask bliz A Question ]
