Ok here's. The question does size matter do women like a man to be well endowed or average and is it thickness or width iv herd that if a mans penis is small without an erection then when he has one its quite big verses a man with a big penis with no erection doesn't get that big .the question is what do women prefer ? That satisfy a womens pleasure .

Size really doesn't matter :)
It's not a big deal honestly if you love them then they shouldn't care.
Also I think it matters more on how you use it. Because if you're awkward or just new at it. It probably won't feel to good.

A woman prefers what SHE prefers, not what all women prefer - just something to keep in mind when asking that question. For the most part, my lady friends and I prefer men of average size. But some women definitely prefer a man on the smaller size of average! Both a friend and I have issues with our skin not being very stretchy anywhere - and down there is not an exception - so we much prefer men with an average length and girth because if it's too big its just too big! The skin will tear, it'll hurt and sometimes bleed and all around its an unpleasant mess. But that's definitely NOT true of all women! Because of how things work with me, I much prefer length over width. Every woman is different.

As a female myself, I have to say size doesn't matter. If a guy is sweet to me and I truly love him, the last thing I am gonna think about is his "size". But I guess women are different. I honestly wouldn't want a guy to be super big down there because then I wouldn't enjoy it. Hope this helped :)

Size matters, but probably not in the way you think.
As for being too small: There are only nerve endings in the first couple inches of the vagina. This means that really, you only need 2-3 inches to fully satisfy. Width-wise, if you're too small, it doesn't stimulate as much.
Here's where things get interesting though. If you're really big, very often it hurts the woman rather than pleasuring. The vagina is only 4-5 inches deep, so you can imagine what 12 inches would do to a lady. Too long and they're punching your tonsils. Too thick, and you're in severe pain.
The general consensus amongst my lady friends and I is that average is best. Maybe on the larger side of average, but nothing monstrous in proportions. Girth is more important than length to us, in general.
