Yes, your period stops in water, but happens as soon as you step out of the water. Tampons are the way to go.

Yes you can. You don't HAVE to wear a tampon, but it would most likely show on your swimsuit, so tampons are the way to go.:)

Absolutely. But I would suggest wearing a tampon so you don't get blood stains on your swimsuit (which could be really embarrassing!)
