vikkikimberly answered Wednesday July 28 2010, 2:13 pm: the only real solution is through excersize and dieting. that is slowly and gradually put into your lifestlye. meaning... cycle to work once a wweek for a coupole of weeks with the combinations of healthier meals. and then taking it up a notch so mayeb cycle to work more than once and take the staris. and carry on progressing until you are doing somehting like going to the gym for a proper workout.
